We are very excited to advise that we have made some big changes to the way we will be sending out our monthly statements.

We have implemented an online self service portal to improve our service and communication with our customers. The main advantage with our new self service portal, other than the obvious "green saving" for the environment is that every account holder will have 6 months of historical Statement, Invoice and Credit Note information available online 24/7 beginning February 2017.

A hyperlink will be emailed to each account holder every month in place of a traditional PDF Statement.

As a result of implementing our new self service portal we will no longer be offering a posted paper statement, and so we ask that you provide us with a current email address for now and into the future.

We will be providing a grace period until June 2017 beyond which we may charge a fee to provide account information via post.

The self service portal will offer two payment options — either by credit card or traditional EFT.



Credit Card Transaction Security


If you are paying a Statement by credit card the self service portal will auto-fill the amount field with the full balance of your statement, or alternatively you can pay individual invoices by credit card if there are outstanding queries with a Monthly Statement.

All credit card payments are transacted through eWay. eWay is Australian owned and operated and eWay is Australia's largest e-Payment gateway provider with the highest rating of online transaction security available world wide. eWay and or your company do not retain credit card numbers beyond the few seconds it takes to process each transaction.
